I had a 2 night stay. Went out for the day after my first night, returned & my bed wasn't made & I had no clean towels & nothing was replenished. I went to the desk to get towels & ask why my room wasn't cleaned, the front desk told me because I didn't request it. I was never told at check-in I would need to do that. Seems shady, so make sure you ask for maid service if you stay more than one night.
No continental breakfast. Almost feels like a scam.
Stayed here for a business trip in July. Had an issue with the iron which left a stain on my shirt but the head of housekeeping went above and beyond to resolve the issue. She cleaned the shirt herself and delivered it good as new the next day to my room. Exceptional Service.
