First time staying at a BWP and staying in the city of Vancouver. Stayed from June 4-7 Was here for a medical seminar and chose this location. Had the pleasure of dealing with Kendra and Mileena at the front desk. They were both kind, respectful, helpful and overall lovely individuals. We had a room on the fourth floor and upon entry the room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was clean as well and very modern, something hard to come by. So far so good. Love the tiled bath. Beds are super comfy. Was able to trade out the cable box for my steam deck.

Nice clean hotel. Good amenities and location. The waitress, Jerry, at the restaurant was incredibly rude and harsh to my friends. There was hair in the coffee. The eggs were meh. Toast burnt. But nothing burnt me more than having her attempt to take my plate while I was still eating my sausage. She was so rude to my friends. I will update this later...
