At check-in, only one of our two rooms was ready. We were told the second would take about 20 minutes, but after waiting 40 minutes, we had to leave for other plans. We finally got the room later that evening, around 8 p.m. The biggest issue was the locks on both rooms. From the start, they often took 5–7 attempts to open. We had a wonderful one-night stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location was perfect for us, as it was close to our friends’ house and made getting around very convenient. Our first impression was excellent thanks to Arpana at the front desk. She greeted us with a warm smile, was friendly and professional, made the check-in process smooth, and even recommended a few great local restaurants, which we really appreciated with my wife. We had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. We arrived at 3:30 PM, but our rooms were not ready. We waited until after 4:00 PM before one room became available. The second room wasn’t ready until 7:00 PM, which is completely unacceptable. Unfortunately, the problems didn’t stop there. When we finally got the key to the second room, it didn’t work. Extremely dissatisfied with the service. I had called the hotel the morning of our reservation explaining the room was being reserved for the groom on his wedding day so he had somewhere to get ready. I explained the importance of an early check in of latest time to check in as 2pm as wedding was at 4pm. Hotel services said yes we should be able to make that happen, check out is at 11am and it takes approximately 1.5hrs to clean the room.
