I have family in Lebannon, was so excited when this hotel was built, the hotels in town are old, run down and scary. I've been using hotel since it opened, unfortunately it's going down hill fast. They dont' answer the phone, staff is cut, resturant/bar isn't always open which is the reason most people stay there. Another couple that was there was so upset bc they came to hang out, drink, eat and not leave the hotel (his bd). When we stay we never use housekeeping, so I can't comment on that.
