Excellent hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Very friendly staff. Breakfast is no longer complementary but it's very affordable and delicious.
Ms. Michelle took care of me so well. My wife and I are so happy to stay here. We will stay here every single time we come through. The other hotels have never made us feel so at home. We came in smiling, left smiling.We really owe it all to the help from you.Michelle thank you for everything. This place is so beautiful you can spend so much time outside & not Do anything else for the whole day. The rooms are so accommodating. The front desk is so sweet. Great hotel experience at this Best Western Premier in Lebanon, Oregon. Every one of the staff members we spoke to was helpful and friendly. Although a few minutes further from I-5, it is well worth it. Beautiful facility at a good price, exceptionally clean, comfortable beds, and a great night's sleep. Highly recommend!
