My family stayed at this hotel for 4 days and 3 nights. The elevator made a loud clunking noise. The breakfast was cold. We ate there one time. My husband was taking a shower and when he tried to adjust the shower head, it came off. No one came to fix it nor did they try to offer a discount. Last, but not least, my kids used a towel to place on the floor to prevent kiddie paint from getting on the carpet.
