My co-worker and I travel alot for work and rarely stay in one place for long, and this time we happened to stay here for a week. The staff were always nice to us, breakfast was always filling, housekeeping kept our room taken care of, and the front desk were always willing to let me borrow a cozy corner of their lobby to work and mess around on my laptop and just be an overall hermit afterhours. Came to the Best Western as we like this brand. We were very disappointed. First with the front desk : I was told a greater price than what I was expecting as a reward member (I checked the website first) I had to insist which is not what the situation should be. Then, the room had the same feeling as a basic motel room : smelled musty, big gaps around the door, the toilet was so loud we thought it would explode, the sink was stuck we had to brush our teeth in the bathtub! I think the hotel needs a refresh.

My mom and I had to stay here in March while we were having work done at out house due to a leak. The location is great (convenient to restaurants and a shopping center), the full continental breakfast is satisfying, and the front desk staff pleasant and accommodating, the rooms themselves feel old and dated. The “kitchenette” in my mom’s suite amounts to basically an additional sink next to the standard minifridge and microwave. My biggest problem was with the cleaning staff. This is my second time staying here. This time I was afforded a balcony. Warm spring day with wind blowing. I enjoyed myself. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. This place is so centrally located to restaurants and grocery stores. I really enjoyed my stay.
