I rarely leave reviews, but this one feels necessary. We paid around nine hundred dollars for two rooms for three days, and the condition of the hotel was unacceptable for the price. When we checked in, the front desk attendant told us the employee who handled my reservation back in May had overbooked the king rooms I reserved. Staff was friendly and attentive but unfortunately it didn't make up for the issues during our stay. We chose not to use the pool, it is in severe need of maintenance and a deep clean. There was a piercing on one of the tables and a clump of hair, there was loose debris of the painted liner on the bottom (a lot of it) and what stopped us from even getting in was a big brown smear that could've been human excrement on the pool bottom. Very good hotel at a great price. Clean and comfortable rooms. I don't need fancy amenities, I just need a clean, quiet room and a decent continental breakfast with a few choices. They provided.
