Garbage hotel. Bed bugs. Blood on the sheets. No refund, and when booking.com tried to call them, no answer from the hotel. Horrible company. Stay away. Specifically the old man at the desk who was rude and condescending when being told about the issue.

6/2026: not impressed at all. The place appears to be somewhat warren, needs a facelift, areas are dirty and not maintained. The staff appears to be far more interested in their stupid phones and their friends, their local friends, then hosting guests. They're not rude, but any request for assistance seems like an intrusion. I'm not sure I'd come back.
We have been staying at Best Western on Water Street since last Nov (7 mths) due to problems with our RV & our senior dogs injury. They have become family. I would highly recommend.
