The room was very outdated, and the bathroom is in desperate need of a major renovation. There were stains on the walls, the tissue box was empty, the towel rack was rusted, and the doorknob was loose and nearly falling off. The shower also had poor drainage, causing water to pool in the tub while showering. The beds were smaller than expected, and the walls were paper-thin, making it easy to hear noise from neighboring rooms. I had a fantastic experience staying here. Karl was the most helpful front desk associate in the WORLD!! He deserves a raise for everything I witnessed him doing for the hotel throughout my stay, not only for myself, but for other guests as well. I had a small issue with my room and Karl helped move me with a smile, despite it being 11pm. I cannot recommend staying here more!

Location is good, service is fantastic!!! The rooms... leave something to be desired. Not as big as they look on the pics, some stuff was nearly broken in our room. Seems dated, but for a place to sleep it was fine. Pool and hot tub were out of order
