De 6 dias 4 sin servicio de housekeeping, me queje desde el primer dia y nada paso, solo me hicieron un misero descuento al final para compensar lo inexplicable, la pasamos mal por este tema que para nosotros es fundamental en una cadena como esta, que ya la habia usado muchas veces en USA. No lo recomiendo no por los errores sino por no intentar al menos corregir lo que hicieron mal desde el 1er dia...
We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights on 2 May, the staff working behind reception that evening were very friendly and informative. The room was lovely and clean and the free car park is a big bonus. Only downside was breakfast, being a vegetarian I didn’t find great options of hot food and condiments.
Room was alright, not the best value, but nothing is near Yosemite. Breakfast was pretty typical. Only one waffle maker available so get there early. I'd recommend the yogurt w/ the granola, etc. Nearby restaurants are way over priced and not healthy. I recommend the taco trucks for something cheap and not 2000 calories.
