While the location is perfect, services we received were atrocious. I had booked a harbor view room only to be told at check in that they had to move us to a pool view. Due to traveling with a dog. After driving from Maine, we needed a place to decompress so agreed. When we tried to use the card to enter the room, it did not work. We went back to the desk only to be told to try again... the front desk staff didn't seem to believe us or be concerned at all. We tried again, still didn't work. I would stay here again and again. There’s was nothing short of perfect during our stay. The location is mesmerizing, everything is walkable, the rooms were spacious and super clean and the stay was lovely.

Wonderful clean room, cute hotel on the water, very good restaurant next door and steps away from the lovely historic district. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to going back.

The hotel was clean and the people were friendly. Parking spots were a little narrow. Complimentary breakfast was hot and fresh and well maintained. Overall a very nice place and would stay again. It was just some little things about the rooms like places to charge devices and just some general wear and tear that is really to be expected. Location was slightly inconvenient getting in and out depending on direction of travel.
