Beautiful hotel. Had to modify my reservation due to unexpected circumstances. Rhonda was incredibly helpful and so compassionate and helped me navigate this situation. Will definately return again
Some of the best sunsets ever! Beside the marina. Walking distance to Black Pearl the only high end restaurant in Dunedin. Sadly the restaurant on property Bon Appétit has been sold to Crabby Bills. YUGH- the food stinks!!
Great hotel, built over the water. It was fun, had a great location, and a great staff!!
This property is the best! It is right on the water with a few over the bay. The king rooms with balcony actually have two views. The beds are so comfortable. Staff are warm and helpful. We have been staying at this location for 6 or 7 years. Besides the hotel, Dunedin is one of our favorite get aways - food, art, bike trail, water, nearby beach. Wow! Updated - 1/22/26 - Always a wonderful time
