We stayed just for 1 night. Bed was not very comfortable and wish they had extra blankets in the room. Front desk was friendly. Cashless only, so they do not accept cash for any snacks. Convenient short walk to downtown Dunedin and a nice back door to see the water. Overall was a decent room, little pricey for the basic type room but that is what you would expect for being so close to downtown Dunedin.
My Service review goes the Gentlemen Ramon who checked us in. So very kind. The other associate Brandon was very nice too. Also a Huge Shoutout to the I believe possibly Filipino lady who was keeping everything spotless at breakfast. She was very helpful in wanting to make sure you had everything you needed. The downside were the grounds & the inside of the rooms primarily the Bathroom. you'll see in the pics that a good carpentry company needs to go in & fix the issues with no Caulking and/or Wood framing. I highly recommend this location especially if you have dogs. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very big with 2 queen beds and a bathroom completely separate from the living space. Another great feature was the front and back doors. It allowed me to take the dogs for a walk without waking my husband in the morning. Also it's a great place for sunsets!
The room had two different views, one of the Harbor and one of the sound. The property was very well kept. The pool was off to side and felt very private. Water was sparkling clean. We will definitely return.
