Do not stay at this hotel until it has been renovated. It was truly horrible. November 2024.
The staff was extremely personable and kind, but that’s the end of the road for positivity. This stay is by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had, and we switched to a “better” room thinking it’d improve our odds. Mold and filth so bad that I literally got sick, woke up with two bite marks on my right leg, 3 of our outlets didn’t supply power whatsoever, the carpet was taped down to the damn floor, the window opened AND had no screen, and our mirror literally fell off the wall when we closed the door. Horrible awful disgusting place. Do not let the photos fool you. Booked a reservation here FOR MY WEDDING and showed up the night before with my mom for her booking. There were roaches, mold, the works. The beds, walls and carpets were soaking wet because of how damp it was in there. After this, we asked for another room and were sent to the third floor.
