If I could leave less than a star I would. For a hotel that claims cleanliness and helpful staff. This is beyond disgusting. We stayed for a night for our friend’s wedding and not only had found a bed bug in our bed but our lamp cord was completely frayed. When we brought it to the front desk, the lady simply said “there is really nothing I can do, it’s out of my hands” and offered us points for another stays at addition hotels in their chain. I use this hotel for TDY stays and each time they've been phenomenal, the staff especially are excellent! Overall would recommend this hotel.

The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is close to accomodations. The room smelled like they were covering up another oder.

We were attending the Sons of Norway meeting. The hotel was beyond expectation. The staff is very helpful and noticed any detail needing attention. The food was delicious and presented well. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Thank you
