This place is not what it appears to be online. The hotel is very old and run down. Needs a total rehab. It's located in a not very nice area. Vagrants and homeless hanging around. The exterior of the building and grounds need a total rehab. The red exterior lighting makes it look like a brothel. Room was ok, nothing special. Pool was closed 2 of the 3 days we were there. Love this Hotel. Its close to the Airport, and close to West Ave, which is where I need to go to visit family. I love that there is a convenience store and gas pumps right next door. Although it is a little bit tricky turning into the lot. Prices are very affordable and the staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommended, Five-Stars
Worst hotel ever! Dirty, pool closed during our stay in August, and every night till 1 a.m. drugs and party in back lot which kept us awake and management did NOTHING after several phone calls! Would never recommend to anyone. Elevators inspection past due over a year and they are dirty/smelly and buttons do not work well.
Service was terrible and place is filthy. Cigarettes were on the floor, our room wasn’t ready until after 8:00 pm, appliances were broken, and we didn’t get the room we paid for. Do not recommend.
Room did not have a television remote. Hotel staff made no effort to get a working remote or television/remote. Stayed two days with no response.
