I booked this hotel because I needed an overnight stay with a shuttle to the airport. The website said they have a shuttle and they had one parked proudly at the entrance to the hotel. But upon checking in I learned they had discontinued the service. They would not refund my stay, and I had to find other means to get to the airport in time for my flight.
