What i was disappointed in is the sad state of repair the hotel is in desperate need of. Front desk people great. Breakfast great. Breakfast help and area clean and tidy. But shuttle bus was down. Main reason for booking this hotel and was not told it was down. Ice and vending machines down. Main ladies restroom on bottom floor was down from Tuesday morning until we left Thursday still down.
