I recently stayed there for a long weekend in May for a wedding, and from the moment we walked into the front lobby with its brilliant ambience, we were welcomed with friendly smiles from Megan and her team and felt so comfortable! Called and was told there was vacancy. Made a reservation. Show up. Stand inside at the desk for FORTYFIVE minutes calling the phone the entire time. Somebody finally comes to the desk and says there's no vacancy. Unbelievable.
