Our room smells bad and everything feels bare minimum. We stayed in a room at the back off the hotel lot- maybe they're older. The bases of the beds have sheet metal surrounds that if you barely touch them make a booming sound that is disruptive at night. Things as simple as the TV -looks modern but doesn't have an option to jump to the guide or whatever channel you punch in. You have to manually click through each channel. The beds are clean so that's good. Otherwise, bare minimum

The air conditioner wasn't working properly so we hardly slept due to it being hot, I was charged more on my card than showed on my receipt and the hot tub was not hot at all not even hot enough water in the shower! Super disappointed

We were very disappointed in this hotel. They really arent representing Best Western Hotel good. The outside room was not good. The room smelled very musky and I have asthma so it really bothered me. We tried to switch hotels but the girl at the front refused to try to call the manager and I thought that was very unprofessional for her not to even try. I have never encountered a more unprofessional employee. The person at the front desk told me there was an error and I wasn't able to get the room ype I paid for, which was 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. I asked for a rollaway bed and was told they had none. I asked for extra pillows and was told they had none. I asked if they could call someone and ask about extra pillows and she threw down her phone, dtarted swearing, and stormed off.
