Had a very bad experience, even though I'm a gold member, they were rude, they didn't clean the room - cane back after the day at 7pm to an untouched room . Asked why room wasn't cleaned- was told it was because I didn't ask - so many nights in a Hilton hotel and this is the first
Stayed here TEN nights d/t work (nurse) in Louisville. The AC quit working 3x during my stay. They made me come down to get batteries to replace in the AC control box each time. By day 5, I still had not seen housekeeping. I asked that my sheets be changed. 2 days later, still not changed. I eventually helped someone from the front desk change my sheets on day 8. Everything was great. I would like to see Breakfast served until 10am daily. Check out should be at 10:30 or 11am.
Very nice Hotel spent 2 night here very pleased with my stay great breakfast clean rooms everything I could have expected great location I believe this hotel is way underrated
Our stay was great, but they charged us twice cause our card was declined due to us traveling out of state. I called our bank and got it resolved within 15 minutes. In that time they rented to room out from under us which is understandable, but we did not cancel any reservation (seeing as no reservation was made). How do you make a reservation when one was never made? This was the front desk clerks mistake and we have to pay for their negligence to do their job correctly. We will not be staying with this chain again.
