People at the front desk are rude. Requested multiple times for room service and no showed up.
Room was decent and clean. Didn't really interact with anyone.
I've stayed at this location many times in 2025. This last time I stayed, I get to my room (I did online check-in, and used my phone to unlock doors). The door wasn't pulled shut, I walk in and see an empty beer bottle on the bathroom counter. The room obviously wasn't cleaned properly then secured properly. I only stayed three days, but on the 3rd day I walk in my room after work, and the room smelled of mold so badly from the AC. This location definitely needs some good maintenance.
