Outstanding service and a wonderful stay! I was a bit skeptical at first since I’ve never stayed at a Best Western before, but my stay at the Best Western Downtown Wenatchee completely exceeded my expectations! My room was spotless, the bed was super comfortable, and it had every single thing I needed for my short work trip. What truly set this place apart, though, was the incredible service. Pretty decent spot. Housekeepers need to learn to knock. Both mornings I was here the housekeepers just barged in without as much as a tap on the door. Decent accommodations, friendly desk staff, housekeepers who lack basic courtesy and awareness of the most rudimentary aspects of their job.

My daughter and I were blamed for using markers on linens and charged $100 damage deposit. We did not bring markers to the room and we accused of the damage. Amanda G did not resolve and blamed us stating they have perfect housekeeping procedures and mistakes do not happen. I stated there was a mistake and she blamed and would not resolve. I called customer relations at the corporate level and they believed Amanda G over the customer stating we did it. They said sorry but we cant do anything.
