This hotel staff is always very friendly and helpful I love coming here.
Drove over 500 miles to reach hotel, through NY City. Exact arrival time questionable due to traffic and road conditions. Checked in shortly after 2PM and was told a room was available, however I would need to pay an additional $25 to check in early. This was the first time I found about the additional charge. I talked to the front desk 2 times by telephone, and used the on line web site without seeing notice of this charge. Great road trip stop. Pleasantly surprised by this Best Western, which I tend to avoid. Great guests and staff. Breakfast was lackluster and the staff would push in chairs but not clean tables so that wasn't ideal but still 5 stars.
