This is a comfortable, clean hotel with some nice in-room amenities. Elevator. Fully functional luggage carts available by the front desk. Competent, efficient friendly staff at all positions. And an excellent included breakfast, including made-to-order omelets.
My wife has stayed here multiple times over the years for our annual wine tasting in Walla Walla. I want to give a special shout out to Jason at the front desk for making our stay even more special. He was quick to help us and to answer questions. He even made a special cookie for me after knowing I was celebrating my birthday with friends this past weekend! Thank you Jason! See you next time.
Room clean but smelled like it had the carpet still wet from a shampooing. Unable to get solid foam pillows to replace the cubed foam pillows. We were near a side exit so the slamming of the door constantly all night was super disruptive and the kids running through the halls was not addressed. On the upside. Great location close to down town. Not to expensive, good cookies in the evening and friendly staff.
