We stayed at this hotel on Dec 7th. The young man at the desk (Nathan) was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was a typical Best Western breakfast with a number of choices and there was ample food for everyone. The lady working in the breakfast area (Rose, I think) was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well setup but the heater didn't work at all, the electrical outlet in the bathroom (hair dryer) didn't work and there was no body wash in the shower container. Stayed here before. Will stay again. Nice, quiet bar with some food.
First we stayed ( one night with our friend rooms 210 & 211 ) at this BestWestern in Patterson. It is a gem for travelers with & without family.
Unsanitary rooms and bathrooms. Bad customer service
