The staff were super friendly, and the rooms were clean and comfortable! It was a great place to stay. My friend asked me what the wifi password was at breakfast, and a staff member popped up right behind us with the info. It was amazing! He was also able to bring out some non-dairy creamer for my group too. After we left, I realized that I left 2 Kleen Canteens in my room. Best Western could not find my prepaid reservation so told me the reservation was canceled. Front desk attendant incredibly rude. Wouldn’t give his name to me. Unprofessional on all levels
