Very friendly. Clean, comfortable rooms. Very good breakfast.
The facility was in good condition for being at least 30 years old. The place only had one elevator in the middle of the building and this place was stretched out long ways instead of up. They did not have working ice machines on all of the floors. The breakfast was not very appealing and they were not keeping the items full. The last morning of our stay we only went down for coffee and they were out. We had a very disappointing stay at this BW Plus. We chose it because of the Plus rating, however there was little Plus we noticed. The grounds are not well kept, the fence around the hotel is overgrown and you get a "run down" feeling. The room was not very clean, poor vacuuming, still crumbs around the trash can and the coffee maker did not work. Internet speed very slow and continued to drop off.
