Service was great. Room was clean and well taken care of. My issue wasn't the parking or that it was next to a busy highway. The noise eh whatever. Plenty of parking. If you aren't coming in from a specific way you are either kamikaze-ing across a sometimes busy road on a left turn or driving through a gas station and strip mall to get to the parking lot. Other than that it was a decent one night stay.
Worst customer service!!! the toilet got clogged on my second day. the front desk was rude and did not give me the plunger and expected me to come down and get the plunger. I called the operator (Stone) in the reservation unit and he was rude as well. He expected me to come down to the main office and get the plunger. He was arguing with me. How come the staff here is not nice at all???????????
Quite possibly the worst trip ever. We arrived to find they changed our room from 2 Queens to a King and a sofa bed. No prior notice. They were unable to accommodate us by giving us the room we paid for. So King and sofa bed it was. We arrived to find the king bed unmade and filthy. It appeared as someone had taken a nap in our bed with their shoes on. So back we go to ask for maid service. Was under construction and they felt a bottle of water was good competition but did not tell you that the elevator was out until after you checked in.
