The staff are very nice, the rooms are decently clean, and there's free breakfast but only from 7-10 and not too much variety. The bathrooms are a bit outdated especially with the showers and the rooms aren't too big. The shuttles to the parks nearby only leave at 8 am which is kinda miserable. But other then that it was pretty decent overall and I'd still come back here. It's a good quality hotel for people on a budget and that want to be close to the parks.

The location was definitely a plus, with a very convenient walk to Universal Studios, and the continental breakfast served its purpose. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room was disappointing. There was hair all over the beds, including the pull-out couch, and mold on the ceilings and walls in the bathrooms. For the price, I expected a much cleaner and better-maintained room. The location was good, but the cleanliness definitely took away from the overall experience.

Room felt moist and smelled musty. None of the doors closed properly. Shower curtain was too short. False advertisement for shuttle bus, picks you up at 8:00am ONCE takes you to the parks then picks you up at 5:30 pm ONCE takes you back to the hotel. Small Bus packed with guests from other hotels. Served same thing for breakfast everyday.

This is a great location for walking to universal. It has food and drugstore very near. It is very well kept and clean, very clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They also have a bus at 8am to universal and 5pm back from universal. Would stay again.
