I’m disappointed by the hotel’s response claiming that nothing was found in the room. I was bitten during our stay and still have visible marks. Just because nothing was found during an inspection does not change what happened. We hope the hotel takes this concern seriously and thoroughly addresses the issue to help prevent it from happening to future guests.

If looking for an affordable room located near Universal Studios, this is an ok place to consider. Just keep your expectations low. Very small, dated property. Free breakfast with basics, plastic utensils and disposable plates. Mediocre coffee, but with coffemate creamer. Pedestrian path to walk to Universal City, it could use some lighting at night, but it felt safe regardless. The hotel stored our luggage after check out, while we went and enjoyed the park.
