Staff blatantly violated service dog laws by refusing to honor our reservation because of my service dogs.
The rooms were very nice and cozy. But the service was terrible. My room didn't have any soap so I went down to ask for some soap and the lady there said she would give me soap at my room. It took her forever it was just really bad
