No longer a Best Western. Now a Marriott. Selected the location for proximity to CLT. Check in representative was still acclimating to the changes in the check in software. Parking lot has a towing sign. Representative's initial response when questioned about how the towing company knew which cars to tow was, "Oh, they're not doing that."
