9/12-13/25 rented a room from this hotel. My account was overcharged and two holds were put on my card. When I reached out to the hotel there was a very nasty person telling me I didn't know what i was talking about. She told me the money wasn't missing from my account. It was if she was accusing me of lying telling me I need to have my bank call her. This could have been resolved more peacefully if she wasn't so nasty. Excelente lugar muy limpio y accesible.
Nuestra habitación estaba limpia, el hotel está renovado, las personas de la entrada son muy amables y el proceso de check in fue rápido. No está costoso y está solo a 10 min del aeropuerto. Our room was clean, the hotel is renovated, the people at the entrance are very friendly and the check-in process was fast. It’s not expensive and it’s only 10 minutes from the airport.
