Very comfortable rooms, could be better with better lighting. Wife and I love the breakfast they serve. The help is very kind and helpful. Plan on being back this spring. Wish there would’ve been an out of order sign on the washer so we didn’t lose money trying to wash our clothes.
Our room was clean and spacious. Air conditioner right next to bed put air stream right on you. Front desk service was excellant. Internet was terrible.
when we checked in for the week, we were told that a hot breakfat was served daily ....and it was! Sofia, prepared a fresh hot breakfast daily and kept the pancake machine going. Sofia was very friendly and kind. Andi at the front desk, was wonderful. She helped me navigate directions, added a few things I had forgotten, saving me time ! The Best Western Plus St. Paul North/Shoreview has exceptional customer service. The front desk attendants are friendly and go out of their way to solve any issues that guests might have. I arrived past midnight and immediately felt at home due to the care I received from Orrene. She made sure we had water after our flight and were all set for a pleasant stay.
