I had a good experience at the hotel the rooms are cleaning they serve good food.
I stayed here and overall had a good experience. It’s an older hotel, but it is very clean. You can tell the housekeeping staff works hard to keep it that way, and I really appreciated that. Check-in was smooth. Tremayne helped us, and he was very kind, helpful, and answered all my questions. He made everything easy, which set a good tone for the stay. Great location. Great service. Clean comfortable rooms. The St Charles Street tram with two stops in front of the hotel takes you downtown to Bourbon Street and the French Quarters. This hotel is a gem don't miss it! Also make sure to check out the downstairs restaurant. Highly recommend.
First trip to New Orleans from Maryland ! Had a wonderful visit and stay at the Saint Charles Inn. The staff was so friendly and the hotel was perfect. Quiet and quaint. So glad we stayed in the Garden District ! The continental breakfast was fantastic and we really enjoyed eating breakfast outside on the front patio watching the trolly and joggers run by ! The only problem I had with this place is that you could hear loud music playing in our room when we were trying to sleep. I guess it’s from the connecting restaurant? So I recommend cranking up the AC or bringing something for white noise.
