Great rooms and nice pool, kiddie pool and hot tub. No place to meet with two other couples traveling with us. Wanted to sit in breakfast area, but were not allowed.
The continental breakfast leaves little to be desired. Was expecting better.
When I pay premium price for room. I expect everything to be in working order. Pool was closed, jets on the hot tub wouldn’t turn on. Too many hotels pull this, it now gets an automatic one star review when it happens. Do better. Edit. Management calling a customer “drunk”after leaving a bad review is completely unacceptable. I certainly wasn’t drunk. As you can see in the picture provided, the emergency shut off for the hot tub is standard. After traveling to South Dakota in a Camper we purchased new from Campers Inn RV of Kingston NH we needed a nice clean, cold room to sleep in due to the lemon RV. It has no AC and the plumbing leaks. Best Western gave us a clean/ comfortable worry free night of sleep as we travel back to MA, thank you! Don't purchase ANYTHING from Campers Inn!
