Our stay at the Best Western in Sparta was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. We encountered multiple serious issues that management showed no concern for, and the manager, Linda, was completely unwilling to help resolve anything. First, the room was filthy and poorly maintained. The headboard had chunks of foam missing, and the flakes from it were all over our sheets. We booked a suite so I could work in the morning, and I'm glad we did. The suite was roomy, super clean and comfortable. Check in and out was smooth, and both people at reception were great! The breakfast was DELICIOUS! If we're ever in the area again, I'm booking here for the breakfast alone!
