Booked this online and when we got here there was a sign the pool area was closed and out of service. Also had to turn off the AC because it was dripping water and soaking the carpet. Luckily we could open the window.
Booked 3 rooms for family. We were looking for something about 4 hours drive plus or minus 30 minutes. What made us choose this hotel was the pool and hot tub. We wanted something the kids would enjoy and a place for me to relax. I was not able to book online so called the hotel. Told what I was looking for and was told kids would like pool but they could not do the booking and sent me to their booking center as I was trying to use some of my points. I'm disappointed. The site shows a very nice pool and hot tub. When we checked in we were told the pool area is closed. I asked if it was just today? I was told it's not been useable since January. I was really hoping to use that pool with my daughter a few days. Had I known there was NO Pool, I would have gone to another hotel...with a pool.
