I drive a bus and bring troops to Ft McCoy on a fairly regular basis. I’ve stayed at other hotels in the Sparta area but this one, by far, is the nicest one I’ve stayed in. The rooms are always clean, the breakfast is great and the front desk employees are wonderful! I always recommend this hotel to other drivers when they head up this way. Great place!
Love using their pool facilities. Clean, usually quiet in later afternoon or evening. Weekends often are quite busy, full of kids and families. Sauna is so relaxing. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Room are decent.
The pool is amazing
Terrible customer service and the room was not clean. My daughter moved the couch cushion and there was so much dirt and debris that you'd expect to not find there. Much more went into the rating but I would not support this company in any way. I also have photos of the dirt under the sofa cushions as well as arriving to the tub having 4 inches of water in it, Google will not allow the photos to be uploaded. I am not writing this retaliatory and I do keep evidence. Your staff could use some retraining as well as your hotels ... read more
It was ok, but charging 40 dollars a day for a pet is a deal breaker for me
