Family Reunion time. Was looking for an overnight stay. Most places were booked. But conveniently located right off I-85, this hotel was an excellent choice. The property is spotless throughout, with cheerful and friendly staff who make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The main entrance leads directly to the lobby and rooms. The front desk staff was excellent great service and housekeeping was also so helpful and friendly.... breakfast is a 10 great variety to choose and breakfast lady also great and very helpful.....the best place to stay in South Hill VA.....rooms was nice and clean and very comfortable and quiet....and very convenient to restaurants and stores.... We weren’t staying at the Best Western Plus, but when we found ourselves caught in a severe storm while driving in from New England, we pulled in seeking shelter. The front desk attendant Christy welcomed us into the lobby without hesitation and couldn’t have been kinder. She offered us a safe, dry place to wait out the worst of the weather and was warm, friendly, and professional the entire time. I didn't stay, bc the wrong location and couldn't get a refund It was supposed to be booked for South Hill 😒 and it was booked for Roanoke No one would assist me so I lost out on $101.00 left with nowhere to stay.
