We were really pleased with our stay. Our rate was so low compared with staying in New Orleans and the room was a very pleasant surprise, much nicer than some of the NO rooms we'vestayed in for 2 and a 1/2 times the price. Super clean, nice amenities, nice breakfast, very clean facility, friendly front desk. I Highly this hotel. Will definitely stay there again when in the area.
The rooms were very clean (5's for that) but whatever they used to spray and or clean the rooms didn't smell too pleasan. It also set off our sinuses (and that's why I gave it 4's) for rooms.
Sometimes in business the staff is just as important.or even more important than the business itself as it pertains to the quality of your stay. I was checked in by a young lady named Lynshell. First and foremost she was professional. She was genuinely kind, and welcoming. So my stay was a pleasant one. You can choose to be an asset or a liability to your company. So thank you Lynshell for proving that kindness and a smile takes no effort. THANK YOU!
