The Super Old coffee pot brewed dirty water it did not taste like coffee the breakfast ended by 8:30 am even on weekends
The staff and amenities were very helpful! Specifically, Chelsea noted that we'd called ahead to request a baby crib, and she brought the crib to our room just after we checked in. We recently stayed at another Best Western that didn't have a crib available, so it was very helpful to have one here! I appreciated Chelsea and the other staff being so courteous and attentive to our needs.
Hard to get to the first time, and is in what seemed like a depressed area. Hall carpets stained. Bed was comfortable.
Hotel was nice, clean & comfortable. Breakfast service left a bit to be desired. It was good but the milk was gone as was the yogurt. Not if it was lack of staff or lack of attention. There was enough other so not a big deal but is the reason for 4 stars rather than 5.
