Been here about 6 times. It's a perfect location but must be understaffed. I'm a diamond elite BW member and know what hotels have good staff and which ones don't. The room had dirty counter, still is after my 4th night here Two light out in my room. No exhaust fan in bathroom so everything gets WET. When you shower. Never replaced the Kleenex all week, towels have holes in them and room never vacuumed all week. Breakfast we good all week, hotel is quiet and bed is comfy. Enjoyed a one night stay in a clean and very comfortable room. The breakfast was very good, and the dining atmosphere in keeping with the fall season in decor. Very friendly staff on the phone and in person. Came back May 2026 for a one night stay. Enjoyed the clean room and peaceful evening. Breakfast next morning was great with plenty of options to choose from.
