The lobby has coffee and nice vibes, go to relax, work, and just to chill. The rooms are fantastic with a fridge(mind you, a good fridge) a microwave, and lots of storage. The "spa" or the hot tub is fantastic, and the normal pool is warm at night. Tho it is a bit far from the big places, like disneyland, it does a shuttle to get there. Lobby staff is really nice, they let me reorganize the little coffee creamer.
Our family come to stay @ Raffles every time we come to Disney Universal Studios and go to Huntington Beach. Amazing staff but specially we got to know closely Srita Yolanda y Sr Sergio very genuine and caring people makes us feel welcome during our stay put a smile on my mornings with very well organized and delicious daily breakfast and can’t forget the music nice touch love it 😊 everyone positive polite and friendly. Its a ways from disney. Toy story parking lot is like a 7 min walk. The air conditioner is horrible I always feel sick when staying there and u have to have it on other wise it's to stuffy in there. The water pressure in the shower was amazing last year. This year it was horrible. And it was so hard to pull the metal losses up to turn shower head on. Parking was ok Wednesday and Thursday. Great friendly efficient service from Alex at check in and Aixa at check out. Good location for catching the shuttle to Disney. Rooms were clean and comfortable.
