Yo y mi marido viajamos mucho. La atención fue increíblemente buena!! Aiden nos atendió en un excelente español, mi marido estuvo gratamente impresionado porque el no habla inglés. My parents have come on many occasions to this location over the course of the last two years to visit as I attend BYU. I’ve been really unimpressed with how they have been treated. They advised the front desk that their room had a broken fan 5 months ago when they visited last, and the ice machine was broken as well. Well, fast forward to their trip today and they got the SAME ROOM. And guess what, same broken fan. And SAME ice machine is still broken. I was surprised and disappointed that there was no microwave oven in our room. We ofren bring leftovers from our restaurant meals back to our room to reheat later. But the beds were very comfortable and we could keep the room temperature just the way we wanted. They ought to have non slip strips in the bathtub for safety.
My wife & I booked our room for Provo Utah Best Western Plus via Expedia for a 1 night KIng Room. Our stay was May 12, 2025 and we were a late arrival 10:30 p.m. The desk clerk was attentive getting us checked in, the room was very good, and cleaning staff was attentive to making sure room was clean. Our bed was very comfortable, and the room was quiet very little other noise for hall or adjacent rooms which is alway appreciated.
