We had several issues staying here at this motel. First, the toilet would never shut off after we flushed. We always had to go back and wiggle the handle. Second, the stairs going down to the basement were always filthy. We were there 3 days and they were never vacuumed. Third, We attended the BYU football game Saturday evening. When we brought our suitcases down Sunday morning we found that they had towed our car. On our 3rd night of our stay, they towed our car (because we didn’t have a parking pass?!?). Why wasn’t that given to us when we checked in 3 days prior? I cannot believe this is how they treat their “guests.” We are out $393 to get our car back. And they refuse to accept responsibility. Unbelievable. If I could give a zero star I would.
Good size room but they don’t service the rooms or answer the front desk phone. We hung the “Please make up room” tag on our door for two days so we could get clean towels and no one ever came. I called the front desk a couple times and it just rang and no one answered.
