My room had bedbugs. Room 407. Refused to refund me due to not having pictures.
We were able to get a room that slept 2 adults and 4 children. The room had 2 beds and a sofa couch that folded out into a small bed. My biggest complaint is that the elevator stopped working after the fire alarm went off at 6 in the morning when someone accidentally turned the sausage in the kitchen. Their breakfast wasn't bad. Not a lot of room for guests to eat but the food was alright.
I was very disappointed with this best western. Breakfast was a bad experience at 8am. No more waffle batter, potatos were dry and hard. Messy all over the counter. Only one staff member attending to 30 guest. Day 2 was worse. The fire alarm was set off at 7am. All guest (including myself) had to evacuate. Front desk couldn’t shut it off had to call the fire department to o shut it off. Once it was shut off front desk member didn’t even communicate with guest that where still standing outside and in the lobby confused. Every... read more
I spent three nights here earlier this week. I was unlucky to get two rooms in a row that didnt have AC units working. Sivale however was amazing and super awesome getting me switched to a room that was perfect! Eddi was also at the front desk when sivale wasnt there and was always super friendly. The customer service at this best western is top notch!! I would be happy to stay there again.
