This hotel is a gem. The staff, from the front desk to housekeeping is awesome. We were greeted with a smile and friendly words no matter who we came into contact with. Quiet place and very clean. Very attentive and quick to address any needs you may have. This hotel may not be right next to casinos or newer shopping areas on Prien Lake Rd, but just short distance away from anything you may want to do. Have stayed her several times and has never disappointed us. Thanks to a great staff. Mitzi Lantier.
Our stay was top tier . Customer service from when we checked in and the morning shift 10/10 . Even the restrooms were as they should be . This A/C was the icing on the cake . We will return and stay again .

Excellent Stay. Looks like hotel was just renovated. My room was perfect and hot breakfast was free. I was impressed. Good management and staff.
this was the most disgusting hotel i have ever stayed at in my entire life, and ive stayed in a lot of hotels. we walk in to be slapped in the face with a musty wet dog smell which was produced by their indoor pool. fortunately that smell did not follow us up to the room, but when we got in the elevator there was no inspection form posted. i understand that you dont absolutely have to have it posted, but given that both the elevators they have make rickety and loud noises while it is moving, i doubt it has been up to date on... read more
