The service here is great! Rooms are so clean.
Nice inside room was ok..till about 2am the ac leaked all over the carpet. We went out to casino. When we came back found our room door open. They had pulled the AC unit out. No one there to watch our room. There was not another room for us to move to. Upset about room being unlocked and open. A hour later ac was back in and working. But room smells musty.
My room was good! AC quiet and ice cold, hot shower, clean towels and sheets, working fridge and microwave. The hotel was clean! Everyday saw workers cleaning. The breakfast area was upkeep, hallways clean, elevators clean. Parking lot clean. At night / early morning they do lock the doors you will need your key card to get into the lobby.
