Excellent stay. Everyone was very nice. My room was clean and wow they have best breakfast. Frontdesk grl who works in the evening was such a sweetheart.Great Hotel
Best I can figure they are running a scam. I was traveling for work and they held 50 for room damage. Received receipt and sure enough they charged 50 for dirty sheets. I called asked for pics and they sent pics that were not mine. I explained to manager and asked if he would give me a time line of when and who cleaned the room. He absolutely refused. I called corporate, they couldn't do anything at all. Obviously all I can do is dispute the charges but, not the hotel stay itself. Its sad that shady companies have to resort ... read more
We stayed at Best Western Plus in Lake Charles for just one night, but overall we had a good experience. The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. It was quiet and peaceful, which we really appreciated. The front desk staff listened to our requests and gave us a great room. The only thing I would improve is the breakfast - it could be more varied. Other than that, everything was very good. For the price, it’s definitely a good value.
