They never had a desire to provide Towels when we asked for some. We were told they didn't have any washed. When the morning clerk came in, we asked why are we not provided what we paid for and the clerk said that the night clerk, (which was a 19 year old Indian girl), lied to us. The morning clerk said that they had towels, but that the night crew simply didn't want to go to the 3rd floor to get them. I always stay at this hotel when I am in town. We checked in on Thursday for 3 nights, with only 2 sets of towels. Friday we get up, leave for the day, and come back that evening. The room had not been attended to, the trash had not been taken out, and the towels had not been picked up and replaced with fresh ones. I called to the front desk fo request more towels (she was pleasant, by the way) and she told me that they had given out all the towels that they had, but that she would call me back. No call. Do not book at this hotel. My husbands foot literally fell through the floor, looks like rotten flooring. Completely uneven and a HUGE safety hazard. I have a bad knee and struggled with the uneven flooring. A dirty USED wash cloth was left under a clean towel. The lady at the front was sweet, however gave us the run around and we are still waiting to be contacted by the hotels manager. It was dirty (old food smooshed in hallways) constant banging from other rooms. Just overall not a good experience. Do NOT recommend.

By far the worst experience I’ve had in a hotel. Upon arrival the front desk clerk was very rude to other guests and left me waiting for 15 minutes while yelling at them and being on the phone. After checking in, it seemed that the entire place was dirty. The elevator area smelled of pool water and the entire second floor smelled like sweaty feet. After accessing my room, the floor was caving in and very uneven. We had to call down to the front desk within 15 minutes of arriving to the room because of a constant banging nois... read more
