We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Best Western in Albany. The room was clean and comfortable, and the pull-out couch worked great for our kids. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub — it didn’t smell strongly of chlorine, which was a nice surprise. The breakfast was incredible! There was yogurt, both boiled and scrambled eggs, a choice of meats, hot cereal, cold cereal, and a variety of drinks. We were over the moon. I can rave enough about how nice this place is. Every moment of our stay way 5 stars, amazing breakfast, modern clean rooms and friendly staff.
The front Desk staff are excellent. The hotel was on par and up to my full appreciation. When you travel for a living, its good to have this well maintain chain offered by Best Western Plus as a go to in the USA and Canada. The noise from the small air craft at night can get bothersome but its understandable. Was No issues once I realize what the sounds are and coming from the small Aircraft floating around.
