I tried to make a reservation after giving all my information the person had to check for dog approval and hung up on me
The room I reserved over a month before our stay was not held, was then given a stinky room next to the elevator which was noisy, my husband made them move us. There are no choices for people with dietary restrictions, when we asked about this we were told " we post a menu" I paid for breakfast! But had to eat food that would hurt me or go out for breakfast. Place more maintenance, toilet ran off an on through the night, water pipes squeezed when other rooms used it.
