When I arrived I was grateful that this place had a room available. The agent smelled of cigarette smoke. He was cordial enough. As the night progressed, even though we were on the highest floor, there was a condenser on the ground floor underneath our bedroom window. It was quite noisy cycling every few minutes. In the morning, the breakfast girl I think her name was Jen was excellent! She was very proficient with keeping up with cleaning the empty tables and filling up the food containers.
The clerk at the counter went beyond the call of duiy helping us with our tv, he came back to the room three times to get it running

The location was great! I was attending an event at the Expo Center and it was only a few minutes away. The staff were also excellent: very friendly and efficient, and the breakfast was one of the best I’ve had at a hotel. My room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Five stars on all of those fronts. The only thing I wanted to mention for management’s awareness was the noise level in the room I stayed in (Room 201). Good Value, simple check-in, good breakfast for a good price. Rooms downstairs are clean but dated a bit but still nice for price
