Stanton at the front desk was very helpful in contacting a colleague for an important meeting. She went above and beyond to help me and her hospitality is unmatched from others I've seen. Traveling for business can be tough at times, so it was a welcomed relief to get 5-star treatment from a friendly person for a change. Way to go Stanton! Keep up the great hospitality!
This was so disappointing! I booked an executive King suite, and there was nothing executive about it. It was just a regular room with the queen size bed. There were only two towels in the bathroom when there should’ve been four. The room felt old and dirty. The elevator was broken, and there was nowhere that was found on the website, and I was not informed of that upon Check-in.
