This is the 3rd time we’ve stayed here. We had a situation with our reservation and Kevin (Manager) and Ali at the Front Desk were able to resolve it promptly. That’s why we keep coming back, the service is outstanding and we really appreciate great service! We also like that they offer parking. The location is great, walking distance to Pike Place and a very short walk to the direct rail ($1 for seniors) to the airport. We’ll be back!
T-Mobile parkやルーメンフィールドに近く、すぐウォーターフロントへ出られる好立地だが、周辺はあまり治安が良くない。夜は外が騒がしく、外出しない方が良さそう。 部屋は古くて薄暗く、独特の匂いがするが、清潔に保たれている。シャワーの水圧が弱い上に頭上固定なので、使いずらい。 スタッフの感じは悪くなく、少し早めにチェックインさせてくれたのが有り難かった。フロント横のトイレは一つのみだが、とても清潔。 無料の朝食は野菜ゼロ。
Was promised that my 375$ usa room came with parking, only to be told pay 40$ EXTRA a night for parking or find somewhere downtown to park on the street. Booked with manager. Told no notes tough luck.
My room was entered when I was not there ( twice) Sign was posted at the door. Unacceptable . Not working at Best Western Standards. Do not recommend and I will never put my foot there again.
We stayed both before and after cruise. We put up the do not disturb sign when we were out. Both before and after the cruise our room was entered by staff not to clean but they were obviously there curtains opened. Lights on phone off the hook etc. Do not stay here.
