I had a wonderful stay at the Best Western in Omak! Alan at the front desk was amazing he helped me book a last-minute room with during Barter Faire weekend with ease and provided great conversation and outstanding customer service. The room was spotless and very comfortable, and the free breakfast was delicious. I also appreciated how attentive the staff were, making sure the food was always replenished and the breakfast area stayed clean. Yikes. I get that this location doesn't book out rooms for swim parties, but the way they went about it this time was so awful and rude. The kids (about 7-10 of them) got up to the room and the key card won't work. Birthday girls brother (maybe a jr in high school?) goes to check on the key card, the person at the front desk disabled it "because everyone has gifts and it's a birthday" and didn't even bother to tell anyone. Staff was very rude didn’t even let us get to are rooms said the manager didn’t like us even tho we only just got there seems they coulda been more respectful and reasonable to us.
Bad service, bad attitude, bad people. Avoid this place.
