Everything inside the hotel was awesome! Everything outside - was NASTY! The colony of Cliff Swallows were absolutely disgusting. You had to dodge the birds and bird poop to even get to the front door! I am glad we left when we did as there were more making nests along the roof vents above the room windows. I get that they are federally protected but do something when birds and babies leave for the year. I am absolutely disgusted with the lack of empathy, respect, and customer service support, that the front desk agent has given. She is a very disrespectful person and the management had no regard to help the situation/problem whatsoever. I do not recommend staying here to anyone!
