I stayed at the best western Nearly 15 days 14 nights in the last 30 days and the first time I stayed for 10 days and things were wonderful I lovedhh it there and I felt safe( I am not going to lie and say that it was bad for any reason other than discrimination which I believe is the case in this situation) then a couple weeks later I booked another 4 nights and I left there on January 1 and upon leaving I was denied my 200$ deposit for what I was told a staind towl and a sheet that now were unusable !I was shocked because ... read more

The place is filthy No hot water two. Coffee makers that did not work the area is dangerous. The hotel requires a 200 dollar cash deposit for every room that you book if you live local area to the hotel because of all the damage the local people do to there rooms. Iam 67 years old ism not a party animal The entire hotel smelled of weed. Worse place I have ever stayed. Giving one star is generous
Did not clean our room one day during our stay. Argued with the front desk. Lied about being at full capacity and they were not. Said if I wanted my room cleaned to let them know.🤷♀️...maids ended up talking to me and being great..one corporate operator hung up on me when I called. Never stay here again!!!!
