We've stayed at this location many times, and are always happy with our stay. The have the best staff, they are incredibly friendly. Cheyenne is a real stand out, she is always so helpful. Rooms are always clean, and the pool is nice. We will continue to use this best western and always recommend it to friends and family when in town.
Hands down top notch service from the evening ladies at the front desk. Cheyanne and Kellen where amazing and made are stay and experience that much homie feel.
I stayed at the Best Western Plus, and it was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The room was dirty, with stained floors, filthy curtains, bugs, and just an overall unhygienic feel. The service was horrendous from start to finish. Kasie Eaker, the manager, was extremely unprofessional. When I tried to address my concerns, she kept disappearing to the back to tend to her three kids, who were apparently in the office area during her shift. DIRTY, out dated, dark, and they collect $200 cash for a deposit upon check in if you're a local. I paid an additional $40 per day for my dogs to stay a little over a week. At checkout I was told by the manager that they would be keeping my $200 cash deposit because there was too much dog hair in the room and now needed deep cleaned. Miss Piggy isn't that what the pet fee is for? Dare not to mention the entire hotel needs deep cleaned, and a fresh new coat of paint. This is the best Best Western Plus to stay, the rooms are always great, the customer service is the absolute best and my dog loves it too
