The staff are absolutely amazing. I want to mention Donna at the front desk in particular. Donna is so welcoming and friendly as she greets you upon your arrival at the hotel. Donna makes you feel very special the entire time you are at the hotel-always making sure you have everything you need and answering any questions you might have. She is a major reason why I return to this hotel.
We booked 2 rooms. There rooms were not cleaned to any standard. Ben, the front desk supervisor came up and looked at the slime and grime in tub. He promised someone will come up and clean it. We left shortly for a few hours; on return we checked and it was still grimy as before. Breakfast was ok; nothing special. Scrambled eggs were overcooked, dry and rubbery.
