By far one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. Dirty unkept no tv no ac water soaked floor from leaking refrigerator to the manager who just didnt give a crap about the customer. Holy smokes this place blew my mind...especially the lady manager at the desk...my advice to whoever owns this hotel fire her and get someone who understands the words customer service! Avoid at all costs!!! Not worth it!!!

Great quality for price. The breakfast was much better than expected. My room had a full fridge in it, which is great for families and budgets.

Grey locs You work the front desk, not the bathroom SWAT team. 😂 If the policy is “guests only,” just say that and keep it moving. No need for all that attitude like I personally offended you by needing to take a 💩 That whole interaction was unnecessary as hell. You could’ve handled it like a professional instead of acting like you were protecting the crown jewels.

This is the worst Best Western ever, mgmt is rude and will not listen to complaints, they allow people to play loud music all night, they do not clean consistently!!!! DO NOT book a stay here. Best Western snatch your name before they smear your image!!!!!
