The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. However, the room had filthy floors (both tile and carpet) when we arrived and the room was damp and smelled musty. The bathtub was slick and felt scummy. A disappointing change from the last time we stayed.
This was the dirtiest BW Plus that I have ever seen. The carpet was dirty the office chair I would not sit in filthy. The bathroom floor was so sticky you could loose your slippers. The grout in the bathroom was carbon black I’d guess it was suppose to be white, tan, or gray.
