I think it's 1 of 2 options in Greensburg...but it was clean and the rooms were nice. It was quiet.
The staff were very kind and helpful. Made our stay a good one! If we are in the area again, we will be here!
AC doesn't work in the halls or lobby, all the remotes are falling apart and don't work, the hot tub doesn't work, the rooms are far from clean, the doors do not seal allowing light and noise inside, the room AC resets itself at night,
We never made it to our arranged location due to a very intense surprise storm, forcing us to stop driving. We got rooms at a Best Western in Dodge instead. But instead of doing normal cancellation charges, this business charged us for a full nights stay. Instead of typical cancellation fees. No discussion. "Its our policy" is reoeated as if its ok to take money for nothing at all in return. They did this with no warning.
