Mattress smelled like cat urine, carpet was so dirty it was sticky, the front desk person was unfriendly during check in. Dozens of cockroaches outside the doors greeted us. I heard the train, which is about a quarter mile away, once during the night.
I’ll start with I booked this room in April. When I arrived I was very tired after driving for most of the morning and afternoon. The clerk was sitting in the lounge area not at the desk which I thought was kinda tacky. She was speedy to check me in. And when I looked at the total coat it did not match with what I booked. Clean rooms, nice staff, work out room, pool, and hot tub all very clean. Best continental breakfast ever.
Room was clean. Water was hot. Staff was friendly.
