This hotel is a complete sham. It has apparently been closed for water damage for weeks, but I have yet to receive a cancelation for my reservation in 2 days. Best Western says you have to call the location, but there phone is dead. Joke of a business...
Booked the hotel weeks ago & the day of our reservation they ended up cancelling it with no warning or communication. We tried calling the day prior for early check in and no one ever answered. We tried calling again to ask why our reservation was canceled & still nothing. Customer service is terrible!!!
Nice hotel. This is my 2nd time visiting for work and the staff was very helpful. Will definitely come back.
This location is very clean and orderly. They are wonderful staff here. They are very respectful, they're really kind that do a good job, it's turning your room over in a very quick time. They keep the property very nice and very orderly. The pool is really nice. It is a great place to sleep, unwind and unrelaxed. They have good breakfast in the morning And it's not too far from wilmington delaware
Great Service Great Price Only booked 1 night but they got me in for 2.
