Apparently, this hotel has its negative reviews deleted. My original honest review was removed, so I am posting it again. Very disappointing stay and even more disappointing customer service afterward. The bedding had an extremely strong bleach/chemical smell, and I felt unwell the following morning. The temperature-control knobs were also missing from the air-conditioning unit, and there were no instructions explaining how we could adjust the room temperature. My daughter and I stayed the night before a 4 day trip in the Algonquin back country. After we got out of the woods we realized my daughter had left the blanket she’d slept with her whole life at the hotel. We called Best Western without much hope that they would have saved it, but Anna at the front desk took the time to check the lost and found and they had it! Thanks for putting in that extra effort for great customer service.

Had a great one-night stay at Best Western Plus Huntsville! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had all the facilities we needed. Having a microwave in the room was especially helpful with our toddler. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and everything was well-maintained. Would definitely stay here again!
