Great stay, clean room, no problems
Room was stinky and horrible! Overpriced for the quality of the hotel. Its more of a lower end motel.
Nice hotel with great staff, but an exposed carpet rip in our room this week means the nails are poking upwards and went straight into my foot when I walked to the bathroom, be careful and bring your own slippers.
Room had a ton of ticks in it, staff was nice but I’ll never consider stay a best western no matter how convenient. UPDATE 8 hours later: best western has replied to my comment but no one has reached out to me (despite telling the front desk & contacting corporate hq) to rectify the situation. Expedia has offered me a refund, but I'm going to need to have my car & luggage sprayed & buy clothes to wear while pest control handles this. I found more ticks in & on me after my original post.
