Blonde lady at the front desk was very sweet! Room was exceptionally clean and very quiet, comfortable and reasonably priced. I definitely recommend staying here.

Wonderful hotel, very clean. The front desk girl was super sweet and understanding. We had a rough start to our trip to Texas. Greenville is a ways out from where everyone else was but I'd take that over the motel/hotels in Dallas, Denton ect. The pool was nice, wish they had a sauna or hot tub to relax in but everything was worth it. Great price for the 3 days we stayed. I really enjoyed how respectful and pleasant everyone was there at the Hotel and in Greenville, Texas.

As a diamond member this is very disappointing and will be taking my business elsewhere. This was my room my reservation and I am the one that checked in and my son had nothing to do with my reservation the front desk employee threatened my son That was staying with me, even after I spoke with the front office after I saw it was denied on my card. I called your front desk to get corrected even though they didn’t bother calling me I called the front desk and let them know I would be back once I got out of church in about an h... read more
