I would do a zero star but I can't. Bed bugs. That's all I can say. DO NOT GO HERE. Hate saying that but there is a problem here and they need to get it fixed. This is on CORPORATE. Not the people that run this place.
Booked the place for the pool slide like many others apparently and made the mistake of NOT reading the reviews from like a year ago. Pool heater is broken and slide doesn't work. Pretty sure they haven't cleaned the pool in over a year. There is a Busch Light can sitting at the top of the pool, its probably still there. A notification about the slide being down and pool out of commission on the website would've been great as I would've found somewhere else to stay. Super clean location from the entrance, to the room and restrooms. Phenomenal customer service and the dining area and service was amazing! Thank you to your General Manager and all the staff.
