Very Unprofessional and Unsafe Environment I had a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience at this hotel. The staff showed a complete lack of respect for guests’ privacy. Employees openly talked badly about clients in public areas, which is extremely unprofessional and inappropriate for any hotel. Location was a little tricky but worth it.
This is a typical Best Western Plus property but extremely overpriced. We spent one night in a King suite and were charged $200. This was the most expensive hotel we stayed at on a two-week trip. We stayed at an incredible Best Western Plus property in Raton, NM with an attached restaurant and bar. The service was incredibly and the room price was at least 10% less. The best hotel in town 5 star
Room was outdated. Water in my shower would not get hot. Could not get a receipt when purchasing snacks from the micro market. Probably will try somewhere else next time I’m in midland.
