Rooms were pretty standard for a Best Western Plus, we have been members with Best Western for many years and are generally happy with them. However, I am upset that this hotel at night and in the morning did not have their luggage carts available and I was told they were in use and they had no idea when they would be back. We are pretty sure since we didnt see them for over 12 hours, they are being used by staff or are nonexistent. This is unacceptable. С мужем мы часто по работе путешествуем по всем штатам, в этом отеле нам все понравилось, номер был чистый ,единственное что мне как хозяйке не очень понравилось что постель не была идеально белой ощущение что прачечная не умеет отбеливать и правильной стирать белье, бассейн не был ухоженным и создавалось ощущение что в нём никто не купается что для такого жаркого штата это неприемлемо ,а в остальном завтрак и самим обслуживанием мы были довольны,.
Muy cómoda la habitación.. me gusta como hacen la limpieza en especial la señora Yesica muy amable y me deja muy limpia la habitación. Lo recomiendo
Location is good. Staff always friendly and helpful. For this stay, it was good. Quiet nights which was able to get a good night's rest. Draw back was elevator was out of service. Not good when your room is on the 4th floor.
