Dirty old smelly. TV was not working. 2nd shift personnel was rude Asked for them to clean my room during check in and they forgot. Never again
They are trying to charge me for 2 extra nights after I checked out. The dispute is in process and local personnel is immediately trying to "meet in the middle" instead of investigating and getting back to me. I'll edit this rating according to the results.
Very Unprofessional and Unsafe Environment I had a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience at this hotel. The staff showed a complete lack of respect for guests’ privacy. Employees openly talked badly about clients in public areas, which is extremely unprofessional and inappropriate for any hotel.
